We kind of got ahead of ourselves in 2009. We were so excited about playing out we just went full speed ahead and pretty much tried to fit 10 pounds of crap in a five pound bag. It was constantly go go go. With recording, photo shoots, gigs, rehearsals, work, family, it was non stop to the point that we put Scratch out of commission for a couple of weeks while his arm recuperated from tendentious. Now he won’t tell you it was from playing his drums, working, or even touching himself for that matter. It was just “one of those things that happens”.
Well he’s better and its time to get back to business. Back to rehearsal and trying to improve on our show to make it smoother then it has been.
The first show of the year for us will be opening up for Sponge at The Chance on Saturday March 5th. Tickets are $15 at the door. If you buy from the band, its $12 or two for $20. Having a brain fart on who they are? Check out this link so see/hear one of their hits.
For those who have seen us in the past, we’ve added three more songs to our set that we think you will enjoy. (yes they will be on the cd)
Speaking of cd, we’re still in the studio making great progress. We’re to the point now where all the noise we were making in there is actually starting to sound like a song.
You’ve been good to us in 2009. Continue to show your support in 2010 and let’s make this year even better then the last.
Until next time…
