Scratchs Halloween Party ’09



Let me tell you a little sumtin sumtin about this band.  A little “behind the scenes with the switch” if you will.  We know how to respect everyones private life without over stepping the bounds.  Translation: We will last longer as a band because it will take us that much longer to reach the breaking point of not wanting to be in the same room with each other.

But when there is an event – ITS ON!!!!!  Scratch proved that this weekend. 

Scratch has a halloween party every year.  And the switch was in da hizzy. Well 3 of us were. Mike P had to work but the misses and mini-him enjoyed the festivities in his absence.

You walk in his house and there are decorations, food, drinks, and funny looking people everywhere (see pics in gallery).  The food and decorations, Let me say that I don’t even put that much up for Christmas.  I mean this was a spread that was completely outstanding.  Two tables of food, four coolers of beverages and moans and groans coming from the damdest places.  Especially in the bathroom.  It scared the hell out of me.

I do have to make an announcement.  If you see this man, DO NOT allow him to give you alcohol.  I blame this man for the fun time I had a few hours after this pic was taken.  You see, everytime I walked by him he would put a shot in my hand.  He was having so much fun that he would go out of his way to call me to get more shots.  And it all tasted really good throughout the night until ………….  sometime around midnight, it all started kicking in.  I went from fun and loving to slurring and stupid like that *snaps fingers*. 

Scratch lives all of 4 minutes from me.  I couldn’t even make it home without having to pull over and share the drinks I had with the pavement.  No, I wasn’t driving.  I may be stupid but I’m not an idiot.  Mrs Slurring and Stupid was driving (She’s the hot looking witch in the pics).  She got me home, pushed me into the bathroom, held my hair as I puked, cleaned me up, and put me to bed.  GOOD TIMES!!!!!!!!

It was funny, it seemed like everyone I talked to that night was at one point in time in a band with him.  So I’m confuzed, all these musicians and he didn’t have a band………

I can’t wait to do this again next year.  I’m gonna try and skip the vommiting part next year.
