Let me start off by saying that Tigmans Metal Night is awesome. From the moment I walked in there I felt like I was back in the 80′s listening to the music I grew up (sabbath, priest, ratt, etc). And yes, I liked the 80′s very much. Not like today’s music you young whipper-snappers listen to with your loud rock n roll music…………. Sorry, just practicing my “dad” speech for when my kids get older.
The East Side, which by the way will be changing their name within the next few weeks, is a good sized venue for a band to play. The stage is a good size and the room is big enough to hold quite a few people but small enough to get that “personal” feel to it.
Around 10:30 the Tigman calls Russ (the owner) onto the stage to introduce us. So you know, SAVE THE BOOBIES will be taking place there with a bike run in the middle of May. So Russ gives a great opening and we kick it into gear. In my opinion we put on a good show. The reason I say this is because when we were finished we had a curtain call for one more. The problem is we didn’t have one more…
OR DID WE?
Looks like you’re just going to have to make it to the next show to see what surprises we bring to you.
According to Russ, we will be going back there. Which is good because we like this place. Keep checking back for more dates. OR just wait for Brian to annoy the crap out of you on facebook with event updates.
until next time……
